Processing Time : All paid orders are processed daily on weekdays and first thing Monday morning for orders received over the weekend. On public holidays, orders received will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. We charge fair prices which typically are our actual costs inclusive of packaging material. 

Tracking Information: Tracking number will be provided and for all countries apart from USA, customers will get tracking updates through the Shopify platform. Customers from United States will only be able to see tracking process up till the package arrives in the US. Beyond this, you will need to contact the nearest USPS office to inquire. Nevertheless we assure all customers that insurance is included in all tracked packages. 

Estimated Delivery Time: This varies largely depending on where you are based. Customers in Asia, Australia and New Zealand can expect shorter waiting time.
